How to Cancel Your Talo Subscription
Follow these steps to cancel your Talo subscription:
- Click on your account name in the bottom left corner of the Talo interface
- Select "Manage billing" from the menu
- This will open the Customer Portal where you can view your subscription details
- Locate your active subscription and click the "Cancel subscription" button in the top right corner
- Follow any additional prompts to confirm the cancellation
Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue using Talo's features until then.
What happens after cancellation?
- Your access will continue until the end of your paid period
- You won't be charged again
- All your data will remain accessible until the subscription expires
